Very helpful and friendly staff and good food. Rooms were big and beds comfortable. Maybe a bigger generator could make it even better(see below)

It is not really the hotel’s fault but constant power outages mean wifi is mostly not available and hot water not easy to get in sufficiency for a proper shower(and it is pretty cold otherwise,even if cold showers are supposed to be a good thing)

the spacious room I stayed in had a comfortable sofa bed that easily accommodated my family. the hotel's library, filled with a great selection of books and DVDs, added a cozy touch to my stay. the friendly service and evening tea were delightful features that made my experience even more enjoyable.

The dinner buffet was quite expensive, leaving limited options for those on a budget.

Best stay in the mountains! Loved the cozy rooms with heaters and stunning mountain views from the balcony. The hospitable staff were always ready to help. We enjoyed the games room with table tennis and chess. The complimentary campfire added to the delightful atmosphere of the property. The location was remote but incredibly beautiful, with fresh air and the sound of the river. The food was good with decent options considering the location.

The Wi-Fi and cell phone signal were unreliable, making it challenging to communicate with the outside world. The limited activities and buffet-style dinner felt repetitive after a couple of days.
